Heart 2 Heart Program Includes: 

  • Four heart-healthy meal plans, enough for an entire month of establishing heart-healthy habits. 
  • Three recipe collections, including 15 low-sodium dinner recipes, Healthier takeout favorites, and heart-healthy cooking with 5-ingredients or less. 
  • Dietitian-revised informational resources, including information about 'Nutrient Label Claims', 'All About Sodium and Your Blood Pressure', 'What you need to know about Cholesterol' and 'How to Read a Nutrition Fact Label.
