The stroke recovery program is designed to support anyone recovering from a stroke or looking for eating plans and recipes that will prevent the risk of another stroke. All recipes and meal plans provided are intended for those who can consume a regular or soft diet.
Our recipes are low in saturated fat, sodium and added sugar. They contain no trans-fat by avoiding ultra-processed foods and focus on whole foods that provide plenty of fiber, protein, and beneficial micronutrients in fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Integrating a new way of eating after a traumatic health event can be overwhelming. We aim to simplify things with various recipe collections and meal plans, including grocery lists, so that you can start immediately.
