To save meal prep time I made liberal use of leftovers. If you don't like the leftovers, simply re-schedule the leftover meals to make them from scratch.
Kindly note that, without a few modifications, this meal plan will not fit into the first two phases of the Keto Transformation Plan. You can, however, use it as is in the Keto For Life phase.
