Following is your meal plan! I added some meals I thought you would enjoy for dinner. You'll notice some of the meats are not as "lean" to help meet your caloric goal. Also, recognize the portions provided at meals. This will help keep yourself in a caloric deficit. High emphasis of protein intake as always - which you'll notice I added either vital collagen powder or isopure to the meals.
