Dear Diane, 

Congratulations on you big wins the past week!! You have completed a big part of your summer teaching at USU and broke through a plateau in the scale!! Continue this week to feed yourself well and stick to protein, carb, and eating healthy fats so you can build lean muscle and boost your metabolic processes. Take time to rest, cook health meals and breathe!! Below are a few of the goals we talked about in our coaching session.

1.  Add in extra fruits this week (berries, watermelon, pineapple) as well as keep your protein intake to 100 grams per day. This will heal and fuel your body and continue to heal your back. 

2. Enjoy a two new YouTube workout  videos!! One is a dance and the other focuses on booty!!

3. Stay hydrated and add in the 1/2 -1 packet of LMNT to your water each day. Afternoon would be a good time!

4. Allow you hubby to put lavender and frankincense on and around your open wound in your back for another week. 

5. Focus on breathing depth throughout the day. Repeat 10 times (4 counts inhale--pause--4 counts exhale--pause).
