GI Symptom Management 1

 Focuses on removing common allergens outlined in stage one; gluten, dairy, egg, soy, corn, nuts, and legumes. Furthermore, continuing on with low FODMAP, low histamine, Paleo, and low glycemic (sugar-free) approach.  

The food focus will be to include digestive acidifiers, enzymes, and bile acids to help support our bodies' digestive processes. This meal plan will include apple cider vinegar, bitter foods like arugula, dandelion, and radicchio as well as enzymatic foods like papaya and pineapple to support our body. Ginger and peppermint can be continued to help soothe the gut.
