Marco's Series: Healthy Carb's Meal Plan


This meal plan features healthy carbohydrate sources from unprocessed foods including lentils, barley, buckwheat, rice, veggies and fruits. Macro's in this plan are at about 40% carbs, 40% fat and 20% protein. Sourdough, a low-glycemic and low-gluten bread, is incorporated throughout with high quality eggs, dairy and naturally raised meats. Enjoy!
