This meal plan is designed for your client to use to pack on size and build muscle. Therefore, you will ideally want to be eating at a calorie surplus. This plan is ideal for someone who weighs around 150-170 lbs (68kgs-77kgs). You can adjust this plan accordingly depending on your client's calorie needs. 

As your client progresses with this meal plan, they will be gaining weight. Your client would want to aim to gain around 1-2 % of your body weight per month
