For 31 years I've enjoyed supporting hundreds of women in their journey towards optimal health from the inside out. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Hormone Based Exercise Specialist. 

In 2021 I was nominated as Canada's Top Fitness Instructor and in 2020 I was voted Canada's Top Fitness Trainer by IMPACT Magazine. I have a background in Kinesiology, Reiki and Therapeutic massage therapy and put all these skills to practical hands on use when supporting my clients in optimizing their fitness, movement, strength and confidence.
