The Whole 30 diet excludes all refined sugar, grains, dairy (with the exception of ghee) and legumes. This diet includes an abundance of fruit and vegetables and moderate portions of protein such as chicken, eggs, beef, and fish. This meal plan will help increase energy levels and decrease inflammation. It's all whole ingredients and nothing processed!
