Ingredients


2 cup Frozen vegetable mix
1 1/2 cup Brown rice, long-grain, dry (microwable brown rice)
2 cup Chicken, cooked (shredded; rotisserie)
1 tbsp Lemon and Herb Seasoning, McCormick (or other brand)

Instructions


  1. Steam veggies according to package directions. Drain excess water.
  2. Microwave brown rice according to package directions.
  3. Combine cooked veggies with shredded chicken, brown rice, and seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Divide among 4 containers, allow to cool then refrigerate until ready to eat.
