Brown rice, long-grain, dry
(microwable brown rice)

Chicken, cooked
(shredded; rotisserie)

Lemon and Herb Seasoning, McCormick
(or other brand)

Instructions
- Steam veggies according to package directions. Drain excess water.
- Microwave brown rice according to package directions.
- Combine cooked veggies with shredded chicken, brown rice, and seasoning. Mix well.
- Divide among 4 containers, allow to cool then refrigerate until ready to eat.
