Ingredients


1/3 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy sauce (we usually use reduced sodium))
2 clove(s) Garlic ((or 1 Tablespoon jarred minced; ))
1 tsp Ginger root (optional:; minced fresh)
1 bag (35-45 shrimp) Shrimp, raw (medium uncooked; peeled & deveined)
2 tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
stalk(s) Green onion (optional for garnish: chopped)

Instructions


  1. Cook rice and your favorite veg with this like broccoli etc 
  2. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Marinate shrimp in half of the mixture for 15 minutes to 12 hours.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook shrimp for 45 seconds on each side.
  5. Add remaining marinade and cook for 1-2 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.
  6. Serve shrimp with sauce and garnish with green onion.
