4 cup whole Strawberries
2 tbsp Honey (melted)
1/3 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.
1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions


  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Slice in half.
  2. Lay the strawberries out evenly over a sheet of parchment paper and place into the freezer overnight or for at least 4-5 hours.
  3. Add the frozen strawberries, honey, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice to a food processor.Process until creamy, about 5 minutes. You many need to scrape down the sides. 
  4. If you find the strawberries are not fully blending, you can remove half and blend in batches and/or add a little water to help it along.
  5. Test for sweetness, and add additional honey as needed.
  6. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 2-3 hours for harder consistency.
