1/2 cup Frozen raspberries (can )
1 cup Frozen blueberries
2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
2 cup Kale
3/4 cup Tart cherry juice (or apple juice)
3 tbsp Hemp protein powder, vanilla

Instructions


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add a splash more juice or water.

Pour into two serving glasses and enjoy!
