Ingredients


2 medium Banana (s)
1 cup Frozen blueberries (or berry of choice)
1 cup Kale (or spinach)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground) (or hemp seeds)
1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk (or milk of choice; as needed, to reach desired consistency)

Instructions


  1. Add banana, blueberries, kale, flax, Greek yogurt, and half of the milk to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, adding remaining milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
