1. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish or bowl and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a separate small bowl, mix olive oil, coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, turmeric, 5-spice, and sea salt. Pour this marinade on top of the chicken and mix well to coat the chicken entirely.
3. Let the chicken marinate for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight.
4. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes, until cooked and internal temperature is 165 degrees F. (Alternatively, you can grill this for 15 to 20 minutes).
This makes the most delicious chicken ever. In fact, you can double the batch, place half in a ziplock bag with marinade, and freeze for a future meal.
