1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease an 8″ square Pyrex dish with coconut oil.
3. Process dates, nuts, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseed meal, honey, vanilla, and nut butter in a food processor until a thick dough forms.
4. Press dough into the Pyrex dish and bake around 20 minutes or until the edges start to turn brown.
5. Allow to cool before slicing.
Depending on how big you cut these bars they can provide up to 10 grams of protein a serving.
