Ingredients


1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
227 gm Water, filtered
1 pinch Himalayan salt (or grey celtic salt or electrolyte drops)

Instructions


1. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into a glass.

2. Add a pinch of pink salt or grey salt or electrolyte drops.

3. Fill glass with filtered water. Use a spoon to mix.

Sip throughout the morning.

Notes:

It's vital to use pink or grey salt here. Most salts are bleached and contain anti-caking agents.  Pink and grey salt contain 81+ more minerals than table salt.
