Make perfect roasted veggies from frozen in the air fryer!
Ingredients
2 bag (12oz)
Frozen vegetable mix
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Onion powder
0 spray (about 1/3 second)
Olive oil cooking spray
4 tbsp
Parmesan cheese, grated
(optional)
Instructions
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and add the frozen mixed veggies in a single layer.
Spray the vegetables with olive oil spray, then sprinkle on the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix to coat evenly.
Air fry at 400F (200C) for 10 minutes. Stir and shake the vegetables, then air fry for another 5 minutes, until crispy. Cook time will vary depending on the size of frozen vegetables, if they're not fully cooked or crisp enough, add additional cooking time at 2-minute intervals to prevent burning.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (optional) and enjoy!
Notes:
Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and Brussels sprouts work best.
