These pineapple-mint margarita mocktails are perfect for an afternoon with friends; in fact, they are so healthy you can even have them for breakfast!
Ingredients

Pineapple
(frozen chunks)

1/4 cup

Mint, fresh
(leaves)
|
1 medium pepper(s)
|
Jalapeno pepper
(top and seeds removed)

2 tbsp
|
Agave nectar (syrup)
|
3 tbsp

Lemon juice
(or lime juice; fresh)

1/2 cup

Water
(or more, to taste)

Sea salt, fine

Instructions
- Add the pineapple, mint, jalapeno pepper, agave nectar, lemon juice, and water to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Wet the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge.
- Pour the salt onto a small plate, then flip the glass upside down and rim the lip of the glass with salt.
- Serve the margarita mixture in the rimmed glass over ice and enjoy!
