Protein packed, creamy dip for various fruits and vegetables!
Ingredients
2 tbsp
Almond butter
1/2 cup
Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 tsp
Honey
(plus extra for drizzling)
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
(ground)
1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
1 dash
Cardamom, ground
(or nutmeg, optional)
1 medium
Apple
(For serving)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, vigorously mix together the almond butter, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and cardamom. Garnish with a drizzle of honey and flaky sea salt (optional). Serve with sliced apples.
