1 small Banana (s) (frozen)
1/4 cup Pea Protein Powder (or one scoop)
1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Cardamom, ground
1 dash Nutmeg, ground
1 tbsp Almond butter (smooth)
2 cup Baby spinach
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure (Optional if not using vanilla protein powder)

Instructions


  1. Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with toppings of choice. I like hemp seeds, added cinnamon and almond butter.
