1/4 cup whole | Almonds, raw (chopped) |
1 tsp | Honey |
1 fillet (4oz) | Atlantic salmon, farmed |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Brush salmon with honey. Chop almonds and sprinkle over salmon.
Bake for 12-15 mins (until fish is opaque in centre).
Couple this with your favourite sautéed veggie (ie. bok choy).
Serve and enjoy!
