2 cup Almond Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 large Egg
1/3 cup Butter, unsalted (measured solid; then melted)
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Chives (chopped; optional)

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (177 C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the almond flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
  3. Stir the eggs, melted butter, and honey into the bowl until just mixed.
  4. Optional: Add chopped chives or other herbs to the dough.
  5. Roll spoonfuls of the dough in your hands.  Flatten slightly with your fingers and place them onto the lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, until firm and golden.
  7. Optional: Top with garlic butter for "garlic toast" once cooled.

Storage

  • Lasts for 3 days on the counter, or up to 1 week in the fridge. Can also freeze them to last even longer!
