1 cup Walnuts

Instructions


Soak walnuts for 8-12 hours (overnight), then rinse and mix in high-powered blender with aloe vera juice.

Strain liquid through cheesecloth or nut-mylk bag to remove pulp (store for later - makes a great swap for almond meal!).

Enjoy within a week.
