Ingredients
1 1/2 cup
Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 cup whole/halves
Macadamia nuts, unsalted
(soaked for 2-4 hours prior)
1 tbsp
Monk Fruit Extract
1 packet
Bone Broth Protein, Ancient Nutrition, Cafe Mocha
1 tsp
Chaga extract powder
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
1/4 tsp
Cardamom, ground
1/4 tsp
Ginger, ground
1/4 tsp
Nutmeg, ground
Instructions
The coconut should feel 'damp' and oily. If it doesn't, you may want to pulse it for a minute or two in your blender.
Once the desired consistency of the coconut is reached, add in remaining ingredients to your blender. Blend until smooth, stopping to stir as needed.
Pat the mixture into balls onto a tray. Place in the fridge immediately so they harden and stay combined. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
