Ingredients


2 cup Coconut milk, sweetened (or almond milk (both unsweetened))
1 medium Zucchini (fresh or frozen chopped)
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado
2 tbsp Hemp protein powder (pea or other protein powder (suggestions: Hemp Yeah, Naked RIce or Pea, found online or via ONFC))
2 cup Baby spinach (or other greens; sprouts, romaine, kale)
1/2 medium Frozen banana

Instructions


In a blender, combine milk, zucchini, avocado and spinach first. Blend until smooth then add remaining ingredients.

Mix until smooth and enjoy.
