(or almond milk (both unsweetened))

(fresh or frozen chopped)

(pea or other protein powder (suggestions: Hemp Yeah, Naked RIce or Pea, found online or via ONFC))

Instructions
In a blender, combine milk, zucchini, avocado and spinach first. Blend until smooth then add remaining ingredients.
