1/4 cup | Oat Milk, Minor Figures Dairy (fermented oats available from real raw foods. Increase oats for pudding and heat while stirring until thickened to desired consitency) |
1 tbsp | Cacao butter |
2 tbsp | Cacao paste |
3 scoop | Collagen peptides |
1 tsp | Reishi mushroom powder |
1 tbsp | Mesquite powder |
1 tbsp | Dandy Blend, Instant Herbal Beverage with Dandelion (or decaffeinated coffee) |
30 ml | Marshmallow (1 tbsp - (program would only accept oz)root powder) |
1 tsp | Maple syrup, pure (or other sweetener to taste) |
Melt cacao butter and paste. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into saucepan and heat over medium low stirring occasionally until thickened.
Purchase fermented oats and make oat milk by adding 4 cups water to 1 cup oats in blender and blending thoroughly. Strain with a nut bag or fine mesh strainer and store in refrigerator.
Add protein (hemp nut seeds or collagen peptides ) as needed before serving.
Add chai spices, cayenne or ginger if desired.
