1 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened (chilled homemade nut milk or So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk) |
8 gm | Cacao butter (For Cold Drink - replace with MCT oil) |
1/3 tsp | Turmeric, powder (fresh is best if you don't mind bits in your drink) |
1/4 tsp | Ginger, ground (fresh is best if you don't mind bits in your drink) |
1 dash | Cinnamon (I prefer ceylon cinnamon) |
2 serving | Perfect Keto Collagen (Vanilla flavored, sweetened with stevia) |
Enjoy this drink hot or cold.
STEP 1: Hot Drink: heat the almond milk in your microwave (usually about 1 minute 20 seconds for me). Then add it into your blender with the cacao butter and spices for 10 seconds to combine.
STEP 1: Cold Drink: blend together the milk, spices, MCT oil and a few ice cubes, blend to combine.
STEP 2: blend in the collagen in the last 10 seconds to add a nice Vanilla flavor.
