Instructions
- Chop apple into slices to make it easier for blending, peel carrots, and peel ginger, wash and dry spinach leaves.
- Add water to your blender then add the chopped apple, carrots, ginger and spinach.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
For additional protein add your favourite protein powder.
