Apple, Carrot and Ginger Smoothie [BR]

Ingredients


1 cup Water
1 medium Apple (chopped)
2 medium Carrots (chopped)
2 cup Spinach
1 tbsp minced Ginger root

Instructions


  1. Chop apple into slices to make it easier for blending, peel carrots, and peel ginger, wash and dry spinach leaves.
  2. Add water to your blender then add the chopped apple, carrots, ginger and spinach.
  3. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve immediately.

 

For additional protein add your favourite protein powder.
