For Juice
Cut up veggies & fruit so they fit in your juicer.
Add the ingredients according to the manufacturer's suggestion.
To get the most our of your ingredients send them through the juicer 2x.
Pour about 1 cup of juice in a large mug & add 1 cup of hot water.
Optional add in- lemon
Add hot water, mix and enjoy!
Make Extra Juice
Extra juice can be stored in a glass jar in the fridge for us to 3 days. Make sure to add hot water, so your digestion doesn't get slowed down with cold juice.
