1/2 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened (can also use hemp or coconut) |
1 capsule | Probiotic capsule (opened up) |

1. In a 1 pint-sized mason jar, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt.
2. Add coconut yogurt, contents of a probiotic capsule, vanilla extract, maple syrup and almond milk to the mason jar. Top with sliced apples and give the contents of the mason jar a good stir until everything is evenly combined.
3. Place lid on the mason jar and leave on the counter at room temperature overnight to allow the probiotic capsule to ferment. Alternatively, you can place in the fridge overnight.
4. Eat the next morning!
