1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 dash Ground cloves
1 tsp Flaxseeds
1 tsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 scoop Fermented protein powder, vanilla
1 cup Ice cubes (optional)
