1/3 cup | Tigernut flour |
1/4 cup | Coconut flour |
1/4 cup | Tapioca starch (also known as flour) |
1/4 cup | Coconut oil |
1/4 cup | Applesauce, unsweetened |
1/3 cup | Maple syrup |
1 tbsp | Gelatin dry mix, unprepared (Vital Proteins or similar) |
1/4 tsp | Baking soda |
1 tsp | Cinnamon |
1 dash | Sea Salt |
Preheat the oven to 350oF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream together the coconut oil and maple syrup until thoroughly combined.
Combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, and flours and stir. Then add in the applesauce, dry gelatin, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda and mix to combine.
Roll the dough into balls (Make 7 or 14) and place on the parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until browned.
Serve warm.
