Instructions
Combine apple, pecans, dates, rolled oats, hemp seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla bean powder in a food processor and pulse until dough-like consistency formed.
Use your hands to roll dough into balls. Roll balls of dough in cinnamon, coconut, or your choice of nuts/ seeds if desired, and store in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before serving.
