1 1/2 medium egg Egg, hard boiled (roughly chopped)
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tbsp Lemon juice (or red wine vinegar)
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado (diced)
2 green onion (stem) Green onion (diced)
1/4 tsp Sea salt (or to taste)
1 dash Black pepper

Instructions


  1. Mix egg, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, avocado and green onion in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve on bread, quarter wraps, a dip for veggie sticks or as a traditional sandwich.
