Ingredients


2 avocado(s) Avocado
6 small egg Egg, hard boiled
4 slice Turkey bacon, cooked
2 tbsp Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
2 tbsp Mayonnaise, with avocado oil
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Cilantro (coriander)
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions


1.In a medium bowl, add diced eggs, avocado, bacon, greek yogurt, mayonnaise, cilantro, and lemon juice and combine with a spoon until creamy.

2. Garnish with additional bacon, eggs and cilantro. Serve with whole-grain toasts, as a filling for sandwiches, or enjoy as a salad. Enjoy
