1 tbsp | Water, filtered ((or as needed to make a smooth mash)) |
1. Cut 1 ripe avocado in 1/2 and remove the pit,
2. Scoop out the flesh from one side and mash a fork.
3. Add bit of water (or even breast milk) to thin it out a little and make it a nice smooth consistency,
4. You can cut the other half into slices and serve as finger food or you can mash all of it.
