1. Toast your bread.
2. Spread butter generously on bread while bread is hot.
3. Slice avocado and cover bread.
4. Season with lemon pepper and nutritional yeast.
5. Top with micro greens
I buy my microgreens from Trader Joe's, and use Miyokos vegan butter.
For an even healthier option, substitute the sourdough bread with Ezekiel Bread.
