Ryvita makes a few lower-carb options that I really like, including the Red Quinoa and Sesame variety with only 7 grams of net carbs per serving of 2 crackers.
There may be other low carb crispbreads that are available in your area. Just look at the nutrition label. To find the net carb amount, subtract the fibre from the total carb amount. If it's 10 grams or less per serving, that would be a good choice.
You could also stuff this into large lettuce leaves or in a low carb wrap like La Tortilla Factory High Fibre wrap.
