1/2 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
2 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)
1 cucumber(s) Cucumber (medium; chopped)
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/2 tsp Salt
454 gm Ground turkey, lean (H-E-B)
2 tsp Adams Reserve Citrus Sriracha Rub
1 avocado(s) Avocado (large; cut into large chunks)
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
4 cup Lettuce, romaine (chopped)
1 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped)
1 large Beefsteak tomato (chopped)

Instructions


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, avocado, rub, garlic, almond meal, jalapeño and salt.
  3. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
  4. Grill patties for 7 minutes per side or until an internal thermometer reads 165ºF
  5. Prepare salad by combining lettuce, tomato, cucumber, lime juice and oil in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
  6. To serve, divide salad among 4 plates and top with a burger.
