Acorn squash

1 tbsp

Cinnamon
(more or less - to taste)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds and rinse the inside with water.
3. Sprinkle inside of squash with cinnamon and place face down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until squash is soft.
