1 tbsp | Butter, grass fed, unsalted |
4 large | Peach (ripe, halved and pitted) |
1/4 cup | Maple syrup, pure |
2 tbsp | Mascarpone cheese ((optional or use yogurt - 11% M.F. works best)) |
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Coat a baking dish with grass-fed butter.
3. Arrange peaches cut side up and then drizzle maple syrup over top.
4. Bake for 15 minutes then remove from oven.
5. Spoon maple syrup and butter sauce from the baking dish over peaches.
6. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until peaches are softened and golden.
7. Remove from oven and then top the warm peaches with 1 teaspoon of mascarpone cheese or yogurt of your choice.
8. Drizzle sauce from bake pan on top. Top with homemade granola, your favorite nuts and/or seeds or cinnamon or dried lavender.
