3 medium | Banana (s) (add to blender) |
2 tsp | Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol (add to blender) |

2 tbsp | Flaxseeds (you may substitute with chia seeds) |
3 cup | Steel cut oats, dry (cook oats on the stove for 15-20min in 2 cups of water and add to mixing bowl) |
3/4 cup | Raisins, seedless (sultana) (add to mixing bowl) |
1 tbsp | Cinnamon (add to mixing bowl) |
2 tsp | Nutmeg, ground (add to mixing bowl) |
2 cup | Water (after all other ingerdients are added to the mixing bowl then add water) |
1/2 medium | Apple (cut into small cubes and add to mixing bowl) |
1. Cook oats on the stove in 2 cups of water for 15-20 minutes.
2. In a blender combine 3 bananas, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. flaxseeds, and 2 tsp. vanilla extract and then add to mixing bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 1 hour.
