Ingredients


3 medium Banana (s) (add to blender)
2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol (add to blender)
1 tsp Salt (add to blender)
2 tbsp Flaxseeds (you may substitute with chia seeds)
3 cup Steel cut oats, dry (cook oats on the stove for 15-20min in 2 cups of water and add to mixing bowl)
3/4 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana) (add to mixing bowl)
1 tbsp Cinnamon (add to mixing bowl)
2 tsp Nutmeg, ground (add to mixing bowl)
2 cup Water (after all other ingerdients are added to the mixing bowl then add water)
1/2 medium Apple (cut into small cubes and add to mixing bowl)

Instructions


1. Cook oats on the stove in 2 cups of water for 15-20 minutes.

2. In a blender combine 3 bananas, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. flaxseeds, and 2 tsp. vanilla extract and then add to mixing bowl. 

3. Mix all ingredients together.

4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 1 hour.
