Baked Salmon with Lemon and Thyme

Ingredients


4 fillet (170g) Pacific salmon, raw
1 medium Yellow onion (sliced)
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Salt and pepper
1/2 tbsp, ground Thyme, dried

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 180C 
  2. Coat fillets with salt, pepper, and thyme
  3. Whisk fillets with lemon juice
  4. Place onion on a baking sheet and put salmon steaks over it
  5. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven
