4 large potato(es) Sweet potato (organic)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees with rack in center position.
  2. Scrub and pat potatoes dry.
  3. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  4. Bake until soft and caramelizing, 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Slash the tops of potatoes open with the tip of a sharp knife and push ends of each potato toward each other to open.
  6. Eat as is or fill with toppings of your choice.  Enjoy! 

 

        Also makes a great snack to eat on the go.
