3 tbsp Whey protein powder, isolate, vanilla ((1 scoop))
1/2 small Banana (s) (frozen)
2 tbsp Cacao powder, raw (TBSP unsweetened)
1 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tsp Coconut oil (or MCT oil)
