Your basic banana milkshake with a hint of peanut butter and packed full of protein.

Ingredients


1 medium Banana (s)
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp Peanut butter, powder
3 tbsp Pea Protein Powder
1/2 cup Blueberries

Instructions


1.  Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

 

Notes:

Substitutions

  • Instead of peanut butter powder, you can use peanut butter, cashew butter, or almond butter.
  • You can try soy milk, cow's milk, or unsweetened cashew milk in place of almond milk.
  • You can experiment with other types of protein powders e.g. hemp, rice, whey, or casein protein powder. You can also try different flavors e.g. chocolate vs vanilla protein powder.
