3 spray (about 1/3 second) Olive oil cooking spray
1 cup Rolled oats, dry
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 medium Banana (s) (mashed)
1/4 cup Golden raisin, seedless
1/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)

Instructions


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Lightly coat baking sheet with spray. Set aside.

Combine oats, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl. Mix well.

Add bananas, raisins, walnuts and mix well.

Drop by heaping Tbsp onto prepared sheet to form 16 cookies, flatten cookies with a spatula.

Bake for 14-15 minutes.
